Three slide outs (kitchen, main living area, bunkhouse) make for a spacious comfortable design. Inside: Sleeps 8 comfortably in a camper queen bedroom (storage on either side of and under the bed), bunkhouse, roll-out couch, and converted table. One bunkhouse bed converts into a couch for sitting and relaxing, and also includes a slide-out trundle. The kitchen features a microwave, gas stove and oven, island with sink and barstools, and tons of storage space. The bathroom includes a shower and a small tub. Entertainment features include radio/CD player with speakers inside and out, and an upgraded smart TV (the one that came with the camper stopped working and we replaced it.)

Outside: power awning, outdoor shower, pass-through storage, folding table, outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge, two-burner gas stove, and gas grill. Tires are like new, we’ve used this as a seasonal and have only moved it off-site at the end of each year to avoid paying property taxes!

Why are we selling? Our oldest is headed to college and our two youngest are now in junior high/high school and want a little more time at home close to friends. Also, two of our children now have jobs that require us to be closer to home base on the weekends.
