So you're asking why then am I selling it? Fair question, I have gotten into overlanding and we had plans to do off grip camping with the kids. We love camping, and love the feel of a tent. This allows for comfy beds, massive head room, seating, storage, etc. However we took a trip with this unit to Colorado and Utah, and given it was our first time out we decided to stay in private camp grounds and state parks. My wife, after seeing and reading on bears and other animals, decided that she doesn't really want to camp off grid.(boo) So needelss to say, we won't use it for what it's built for, and it's built for a lot.

This unit has a few minor things to note
1) It has a crack in the carbon detector cover. Can be replaced, but otherwise works
2) It has a few small areas of dirt/discoloration on the tent canvas. I would say this is not avoidable, as it is a grey tent canvas, but I also haven't tried to clean it. I presume a small amount of soapy water and a scrub brush may work just fine to get it refreshed. However its not enough for me to be concerned with.
3) It is about 2 years old so it has a some light faiding, surface wear, etc as it has been used.

I say all that up front to be open. Can provide photos and more info if needed, but overall it is in solid shape.
