This fifth wheel toy hauler is currently located in Ketchikan, Alaska, but I am currently living in southern California. If you are interested and do not live in Ketchikan you will pay for the barge cost, but I will deduct that cost from my asking price and i will get it to the barge in Ketchikan. The only thing wrong with it is that the awning was broken by the wind and needs to be reassembled with a new roll of fabric and the previous owners accidentally turned the stove on with the cover on it and melted part of the counter top. Furnace/AC work great, has new water heater, stove, microwave (previous owners replaced oven with microwave), tons of storage space, mounted and adjustable tv, fridge and freezer. It will also come with sewage hoses, slinky for the hose, water hoses, electrical cord, cleaning supplies (chemicals, rags, small vacuum, broom), an electric dehumidifier, and a couple of fishing rods i had to leave behind. This is a well made trailer that i have owned for 2 years and have done my best to keep it clean and maintained. I am asking a couple thousand less than i would like because of the couple of repairs it needs and i need to sell it asap. If you want pictures of the exterior just text me.
