4 dedicated electrical circuits so we could use 2 space heaters (that way we didn’t have to fill up the propane tanks). One circuit was for the under counter receptacles in the pop-out, which we used as a desk and for small cooking appliances/coffee maker

All the appliances work, fridge, ac (it does make a noise when it shuts off but other than that seems to work well), hot water heater, propane heater, fresh water tank and pump.

New TPO roof on the main part of the rv and on both pop outs.

We were able to live in this RV last year and it was pretty comfortable.

This is an RV so there are little things here and there that we have had to repair along the way. There Is a little water damage in the storage area under the bedroom but it hasn’t effected our being able to live in it and would likely not be difficult to repair. The pop outs do have some issues. The small pop out needs a new hydraulic, so we pushed it in and out manually. Both pop outs did at one time get struck by a car and so although the big pop out does go in and out, it could use some maintenance, because it struggles to. If it's going to be parked and lived in the pop outs are not really an issue, we were able to live in it just fine. Any questions please message me.
