-Xantrex 458 inverter serviced in 2020 by Tekris Power Electronics a Xantrex certified repair shop. New control board. New relay board. New fan.
-All windows de-fogged in 2020. All removed, split, cleaned, polished, re-sealed with Sikaflex P2G and Superspacer, re-installed. All crystal clear.
-Roof re-sealed in 2020. The existing original roof was in good condition. Adhesion to the sub was very good. No soft spots. Some surface oxidation. Heat pumps were removed, seals inspected, all in good condition. Sat, vents, main awning were removed. Entire roof hand-cleaned x4. All seams, previous repairs were inspected, cleaned, re-sealed with Rubex. Proflex primer was applied to the entire roof. A single coat of ProGuard liquid epdm was applied to 25mil over the entire roof. All rooftop items were reinstalled with new stainless hardware.
