Only reason for selling it is we are going to purchase a motorhome. Too many food, fuel, and bathroom stops on long drivesBought new in 2018 & well cared for. Any discovered issues were promptly fixed under Jayco's excellent 2 year factory warranty by Bish’s RV in Meridian Idaho. Brand new roof August 2020. Reason for roof replacement is I discovered a spot where a "metal shard" was left underneath the rubber on the roof that would have broken through, given enough time. Jayco agreed and the roof was replaced under warranty at Bish's RV in Meridian Idaho by their roof specialist. I’m confident they did a better job than the factory. Upgrades:

Baja Package -- increased ride height and heavier/better Goodyear 16” wheel/tire package (not China-bombs). Two, 30-pound propane bottles, triple-tread step, flipped axle, and solar prep.
Rocky Mountain Edition -- Larger Fridge, larger water tank, power tongue jack larger water heater, and plumbed/powered for outside kitchen. Exterior kitchen setup was removed to make room for Honda generator, fuel cans, and jogger/stroller but all pieces are included with the unit.
Micro-Air unit installed & hard-wired to the A/C means you can run the A/C off of a single Honda EU2200i Generator.
New 10" thick, graphite infused, memory foam, RV-Queen mattress (with new cover) from American Mattress Company. No Formaldehyde or Fiberglass used in these Mattresses. (AmericanMattressCompany.net)
HUGE upgrade -- a $3,000 ProPride 3P hitch. Do your homework on these -- they eliminate 99% of trailer sway, allow better control, tighter turning radius, weight distribution, etc. A “Lot Bar” is also included for when you drop it off somewhere where someone might need to hook to it with a conventional hitch. I can’t emphasize enough how much safer & more planted everything feels after I installed it. It’s not just an “improvement”, it’s a complete night & day difference. I’ll help you get the hitch - height adjusted for your rig, if you want to tow it down the road Note: This thing takes a full day to install so you can’t just quickly remove it and head down the road. Would prefer to sell it with the trailer.
