Description

1995 Dutchmen Duck 22RK (NOT 26RK) 50,413 miles. We lovingly call her "The Duck". She has TV, Antenna, Onan Generator, Air Cond, Gas water heater, Gas and electric refrigerator, back up camera, updated kenwood stereo with sirius XM and bluetooth connectivity. Queen bed overhead with easy access ladder, sleeps 2 additional adults on pull out couch and 2 children on convertible dinette. Rear kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and good size fridge. Lots of cabinet storage space. Bathroom has shower, sink, toilet and storage. No leaks (recently leak tested with no leaks and all windows resealed), runs very good, tires and brakes in great shape, air cond serviced this summer on our trip down south. She runs like a tank and is in great shape for her age, was always very well taken care of. I have a cover for the winter or for storage and a windshield pad as well as privacy curtain for camping in privacy. Nice big fresh water tank with no leaks and water pump works fine. All water lines work fine. Heat and A/C works fine. Stove, Oven, Microwave all work fine. Black and grey water flushes and stores fine, No LP problems that I know of (tested the line 2 years ago and replaced one hose). Rubber roof was repainted about 2 1/2 years ago for maintenance. For the sake of full disclosure, known issues are as follows: The refrigerator and freezer works fine and cold on LP Gas but not on electric (recent discovery), the water heater is pretty new (I put it in 2 years ago) but it cuts off, the generator starts but as soon as the button is released it cust off, I know the machine itself is fine and the starter is fine because it turns over, finally, the exhaust tailpipe extension needs to be reattached it doesn't affect the sound or performance but the exhaust shoots out underneath instead of out the back. These should be fairly simple fixes for someone who knows what they're doing but I just don't have the time to do the upkeep anymore. I went on a 1,200 mile road trip this summer with these known issues and she kept us just fine as she is but if you plan on dry camping you'll want that generator fixed. I hardly ever used the water heater so didn't bother with it once I replaced it and still had a hard time. The fridge issue is only a problem if you plan on plugging in and using it long term because you'll run out of propane after a week or so on LP only. Serious inquiries only please.
