Slept in exactly 24 nights - no smoking, pets or children - just me and the wife, who is a neat-freak. It is pristine! Just too much for a couple of seniors like us to manage easily. Trailer is 30' long with 27' of generous living space. Two door entry, one slide (dining area/sofa). King bed, bathroom in middle, kitchen/living at rear with picture window. Thomas Payne chocolate brown seating: 2 recliners (one with swivel) and tri-fold sofa makes into queen bed (never used). Fireplace for ambiance and heating! The stove has never once been used. Push button retractable awning. Now the technical details: loadleveling hitch included; electric stailizer jacks; hitch receiver; inside bin door lifts; gas or electric water heater; solar wired; prewired for 2nd AC; heated holding tanks; 3 waste holding tanks; celluar control wired; and battery disconnect.
