We recently upgraded to a new trailer. Goodyear tires are only 1 year old with an increased load rating over manufacturer. Everything mechanically is in great working order, axle bearings packed about a year ago. The built-in DVD player to the TV no longer works, but we bought a standalone Blue Ray player which will come with it. Roof joints are all sealed with Eternabond, no LAP recaulking needed on a yearly basis. Slide seals have been conditioned on a regular basis are in great shape. Interior is in very good shape. We lined all the drawers and shelves so those all look like new. The rear bunk has a TV mount installed for a 19" TV as well.
