Purchased new in 2016 from Princess Craft RV in Round Rock.
Only used on 5 one night stays in Texas.
Garaged 100% of time.
Excellent condition.

My wife and I are selling this camper because we're more home bodies than we thought! We tried it a few times on short trips the first year. We pulled it no problem with our small SUV. It is so cute and functional. We got compliments on it all the time. But alas, it has continued to sit in our garage without being taken out in the past 3 years. It's in great shape. I kept the battery disconnected, water emptied and refrigerator open, so these are all in good shape. It has all the original equipment and tools, along with a few extra small storage items you can keep.

It also has a rear facing video camera professionally installed on the back that is wired into the 7 way plug. We include the 7" video monitor that fits over our car's rear view mirror. This feature helped during backing and while driving to provide a great view of everything behind the trailer.

We also added a cassette toilet that fits out of the way in a small cubby under the front bench seat.

The trailer has been registered every year, with current TX registration good through June 2021. We also have the original title and the certificate of authenticity.Features Include:
