This is a very clean 2007 Forest River Lexington 283 gts, kept inside for the past 7 years, front and two outside rear tires are 3 years new. Coach and van have 2 year new batteries. Onen MicroQuiet 4K generator has 12.6 hours and was started about every 2-3 mounths to mantain. We replaced the oven with a microwave. TV is a 27" with built in DVD player. Satellite antenna (I never had satellite sevice ,so I don't know if it works) Digital antenna works. No radio (It quit working and is obsolete, so we removed it) all of the wiring is still in. Full length awning cloth is about 5 years old and in great shape, slide in sun shade for awning. The low profile of this motorhome allows you park in a garage with a 12X12 door. All in all this is a great deal.
