Description
This is a rare 2012 RP-175 which wasn't produced but only for a few years.
Many folks have tried to replicate this floorplan in other models by removing the galley in other models, and installing an aftermarket jack-knife sofa in the slide-out. This already has that floorplan stock!Everything works great, and it has the bumper stickers to prove it's a worthy home-away-from-home and is delightfully seasoned with adventure, is turn-key ready, and antsy to take you on the next adventure!
At only 2,336 lbs. dry weight, many have good experience towing with a mid-size SUV, such as a Jeep, Highlander, or of course a pickup.
The built-in, push button activated inverter makes morning coffee, or a house wall charger for your laptop or drone easy and quick without ever having to leave the coach!
All of the quintessential 'pod-mods' have already been done including:
-$2,000 Sensata Dimensions 12/2400N 2400 Watt 12 Volt Pure Sine Inverter with internally mounted push-button activation

-GP TS-30a 120v shorepower/inverter transfer switch. This is wired so the inverter will provide 120vac power to the house outlets in the coach when the little button below the sink is pushed. If shorepower (or generator) is attached externally, this transfer switch will delay 9 seconds, then cut over the housepower outlets over to shorepower/generator automatically. This allow you to utilize all the 120v house outlets or the microwave without having to leave the coach (early mornings in pajamas for example).
-12v & 120v energy monitors below the sink
-Custom made heavy copper battery busbar and 350a 12vdc breaker / disconnect
-Husky HB4500 power tongue jack (This makes a weight dist hitch painless)
-Discrete, integrated wireless backup camera (backing this trailer is a breeze!)
-Brand new tires installed by Les Schwab this May, 2020 (invoice retained for documentation)
-Enclosed whole-pod protective cover
-Custom made awning
