This 5th wheel is in excellent condition. It was my wifes and my home for 3 years and was treated that way. It's only been about a thousand miles. It was driven to Texas to an rv resort and stayed there for three years and then driven back to Arkansas. We have it in storage in Hot Springs. It has three glide outs, three televisions, two air conditioners, electric fireplace, large refrigerator/freezer, two awnings, and lots of storage
