Excellent condition! This travel trailer has only been used an average of twice a year. It has two sinks in the bathroom! We have not found another unit like it!!! The pullout bed in the sofa in the living area has never even been used. Queen bed with a temperpedic mattress topper. Two new batteries installed this year. Two slide outs. Very, very clean and well taken care of.
