Description
This 28' Airstream International Serenity is available for the pickins'. We love it but for the right price it is for sale.
The tires are recently replaced and have about 2200 miles. Spare tire changed as well. New batteries under warranty. Recently upgraded the power lift jack to a 5 ton with remote. (I will update the front photo to show the upgraded jack) Upgraded the fantastic fans to reversible fans in both locations. Bathroom has a new upgraded toilet with porcelain bowl and high rise/oval seat. Fan has dimmer upgrade although the motor needs changed yet. Shower has a new teak floormat that covers the entire floor. Getting a new caulking job in the weeks to come. Replaced one of the shades on the skylights. Another in spare waiting.
Lots of little updates - an accumlator installed after the pump to reduce run times and offer a more steady flow. Serviced water heater mixing valve this season. New awning fabric installed over the summer and has only been out a few times since. Replacement end caps and lower supports for awning installed with a few spare parts onhand. Still could use the end caps of the awning tube replaced as the rod is loose.
Replaced city fill with pressure reducing connection to be sure it has not relaxed over the years.
Spare parts that have not been changed yet include 4 proper horizontal shocks, a replacement vent fan lid for rear fan, a replacement stove exhaust vent cover, and possibly more parts I am forgetting. The original owners manual and window sticker with manuals for the installed appliances with models numbers, etc.
Will include a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch with drop hitch adapter and two sets of torsion bars. 1000lb and 750lb.
Nice drain hoses with two sections that extend, a support for proper drainage when fully hooked up, and two smaller fill hoses with a brass elbow 90, coax cable that is pretty long, adapters for 50-30amp and 30-50 amp, a 20 ft power cord, a circuit analizer, 20amp converter for hooking up to keep battery maintained. Leveling ramps wtih a tire changing ramp and carry bag. Fresh caulking throughout the roof to prevent leaks, fully tested heating and cooling systems including the heat pump for electric heat. (saves propane down to near freezing then you need the furnace)
If you are interested just get in touch for more photos and information. I will fill you in.
