This is a 2006 coachhouse 261 Platinum XL that I purchased from an auction 2 years ago (it does have a reconstructed title stating PRIOR FIRE). The inside is totaly empty. The small fire damaged the sofa and some upper cabinets. After gutting the interior I discovered that the RV had some small leaks. The leaks damaged the factory floor. I painstakingly removed all the damaged floor and replaced it with a layer of aluminum then 5/4 marine plywood. I love this RV! I had a Chinook Councourse before and wanted to rebuild this like a sail boat. Here it is almost two year later, about to go into the winter, and I still havn't started the project.
The RV has 36,249 miles on it. It has been registered and insured since the day I received the title in the mail. I just took it in last month to a local shop that does lots of work on heavy equipment and all classes of RV's for a Mass state inspection sticker with no isues at all. The shop owner said if the timing was diferent he would purchase it for himself.
