Purchased the camper, in May 2017, from a couple that used it on weekends working with Habitat for Humanity. I intended to live in it and become a nomad but never made it out of the state. I came down with a life threatening disease and my friends put my camper in storage with all my belongings. The camper was stored inside until this summer when I removed to clean and sell. I am still recovering and will not be able to use it. It has upgrades; it has the upgraded trim package (cherry), two larger gas tanks with lockable cover, and electric jack lift. Things I bought for renovation that I never got to do are included. There are 5 new tires, a new faucet, a new valve for the black tank, and Levelmate Pro. This is an app that allows you to know where and how much you have to lift to level the camper. I never used this but have everything that came with it. Camper is listed as 27 feet and sleeps 5-6 with front bedroom ( needs mattress) pull out couch, and convertible dinette. Also Included is anything in the basement of the camper you want. Hoses were used once and rinsed, there are some tools, and things for setting up. AC and Heat worked great and I was in during the hot summer and in 9 degrees in Nov. ‘17. Camper has new sway bars and one xtra replacement. I wish who ever gets this has all the fun and enjoyment I missed out on.
