Large awning in good condition / smaller awnings over individual windows (all in good condition) provide additional shade and protection from elements.

One piece rubber roof has been recently sealed. Unit has been kept under roof from new.

Functional galley with large refrigerator/freezer (gas/elec), microwave, 4 burner gas stove/oven, and plenty of pantry space and storage.

Unit has been well maintained but shows signs of age. Engine/generator/Air Conditioners/Furnace/major systems all in good working condition (engine and generator recently serviced by Cummins). Dash AC and heat are not functioning.
