Good condition. We are moving and no longer have a place to store it. This is a great family RV. Tons of room with a queen suite in the front and a bunk house in the rear for family or friends. Sleeps 6-9 comfortably. This model is also great for entertaining with an outdoor kitchen, attached grill, large electric awning, and an outdoor sound system powered through the blue tooth unit inside the RV. There is central heat and two large AC units that provide maximum heat and cold air to provide comfort during any season.
