Dinette folds down to bed or can be converted to Sofa/Daybed, comes with plywood and full size residential mattress for preference/comfort. Master has upgraded Queen residential memory foam mattress. Walls are primed and painted SW Alabastar White, kitchen and bathroom have original wall coverings. Hitch included, outdoor kitchen - mini fridge and 2 burner stove. Used approx 8 times locally.
