Description
I've been the only owner and made a lot of upgrades, such as solar, small external refridgerator, memory foam mattress, a curtain room divider, and a flat screen TV. We set it up to live in it when we pulled it along the west coast and then on our land for a total of 8 months. It is VERY liveable - a lot of good memories. It sat idol the last year, so I want to pass it on to another family to enjoy. There are a few little issues, but I'm selling it as is. You also get hundreds of dollars worth of smaller items you will need, like 30 amp cord, 120v converter, cable cord, deep cycle battery, trash cans that fit perfectly, TP holder, shower caddy, small baking pans that fit, a dish drying rack, extra fuses, 2 fire extinguishers, Roku, bathroom door shelving, towel rod, BBQ Utensil set in metal box, outdoor ground cover, and black/grey tank connectors. I would also throw in a 100W solar panel and 2 teal blue hollow ottomans (children can store toys). To be clear, the thin 100W panel affixed to the roof doesn't seem to be producing electricity any more. You many need to replace it or you can just take the extra panel I'm offering and set it out during the day while you play around outdoors to charge up the battery.
About this model:
It's livable with the murphy bed and slide out to give you a good amount of kitchen/living room space.
The trash is hidden but easily accessible through the counter hole.
The shower is light (from sun roof) and large.
The bunkbeds can be converted into a storage/dresser drawers area.
It tows well with the E2 Trunnion style hitch.
There is a cool outdoor cooking BBQ area with swing around BBQ, sink, and external fridge.
The internal fridge is bigger than a lot of other RV fridges I've seen.
It's also pretty with a lot of stainless steal (fridge, microwave, oven) and beige brown. I have added simple art in bathroom and living room, which hides solar wires to the controller.
I'm trying to sell fast, so it's priced lower than market value. It is a nice trailer, but you may need to reattach some pex joints that froze over winter.
