Cummins ISC 330 Engine, just under 60,000 miles. We are the second owners. Comes with complete records of service from 2005. Have replaced the front AC/Heat pump, Norcold refrigerator, toilet, alternator and belts, 2 new chassis batteries, 2 smart tv's, 5 out of 6 tires including the front 2 tires this year, new exhaust fan in bathroom. Blue Ox towbar installed.  The furniture has some wear and the light fixtures could use replacing though we have put all led bulbs in most places. Dinette is chairs, not booth (see photos) The original temperature sensor stopped working so we replaced it with an upgraded ScanGuage 2 for diesel engines. We have regularly done oil changes for the engine and the generator. We also purchased a Gen Turi for dry camping (RV generator exhaust venting system) that would come with the coach.
