1989 26ft mid-bath. 64k miles. $9500. I'm in Duson, LA which is just west of Lafayette. The roof was resealed before I bought it and since then I've upgraded the inverter/converter plus added a 400 watt solar system with a huge bank of 4 12v deep cycle AGM marine and RV batteries. Also included is a 1000w pure sinewave inverter for AC power while off-grid. These are the exact batteries and less than one year old, still under warranty.

Included is a generator, hot water heater, propane/electric Dometic refrig/freezer, propane range and oven. It's an automatic transmission and runs well. The heater works just fine along with everything else unless I mention it now. I am a very honest guy so ill do my best to say everything that needs attention. This RV is almost a classic so don't expect perfection. The engine A.C. works but the roof AC doesn't start up. The exhaust fan by the bathroom only leaks during major rains (like the hurricanes I've been in but not for normal rains) after too much water collects in the runoff pan. There is a very small leak in the water lines running to the bathroom that's only noticeable if you fully pressurize the water system. I still have receipts for anything mentioned. The clear coat on the outside is showing it's age. That's all the bad and the rest is in good condition. Texas state inspected about 8 months ago. The tires are very good. The couch in the back slides out to become a full-size bed and the dinette extends out for more table room plus becomes a sleeping area also. Call or Text
