Like new with good 14 ply tires. Excellent maintenance. Been in shop it's entire life. Only hauled a few times. Mainly used for tailgating at college football game. Really really clean. 12' garage with 2 Drop down beds. Queen bed in master room with TV. Slide out in kitchen living area. Fuel tank for toys and generator.
