This Cedar Creek is like NEW! It has 2 years of warranty remaining on the electrical computer components. The camper was purchased new in November of 2017. When it was purchased it was delivered to a lake property and has not been towed since delivery.
The couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The recliners are Lazy-boy theatre style. While you sit in the Lazy-boy and watch the 48" flat screen tv, you will stay warm with the electric fireplace. The bed in the bedroom is a king. In the bathroom you will find a full size shower and double vanity. There is plenty of storage inside the camper as well as under the camper.
In the kitchen you will find a 4 burner stove with oven and built in microwave. The refrigerator is full size with a bottom freezer.
The camper has only been slept in approximately a dozen times.
The camper has been professionally washed and winterized each year.
