Bought this in Oct 2016. 2017 Saw Mount Rushmore, 2018 saw California Redwoods, 2019 saw Grand Canyon, 2020 was a bust due to COVID 19.
It's 14 years old and shows natural wear and tear, new throw covers over the sofa and swivel chair. Sleeps 7. 2 overhead, 2 on Convertable sofa, 1 at the dinette, 2 in the back main bedroom. Has a full shower with a 6-gallon water heater, has a full bathroom with a toilet and sink area. The kitchen has 3 burner stovetop, stove, and microwave. 2 sides to sink. 15" TV with a new remote.
2 new tires, passed all tests at Camping world for furnace, refrigerator, water heater, water system, propane (but the gauge is off--it's full-on 3/4 tank), batteries, and air conditioner. All windows reglazed in 2019. New slide motor in 2019, dinette and sofa are in the slide area. Gas generator.
Roof was showing some wear and it has been newly fixed. Has an extra water tank underneath. The propane tank holds 12 gallons.
I'm downgrading to a smaller camper van and am INCLUDING with the coach:
