-Our family has loved living our adventure in it for 2 years. It’s in great shape, but some areas show normal wear.
2018 Restoration
-Converted to all electric (Fridge/freezer is Norcold 2 way (so could be used on gas if lines installed)All LED Lighting
-New Deep Cycle battery July 2020
-Frame repaired and new members added
-2 All new Torsion axles with additional lift, all new brake/hub assembly
-Newish E rated Carlisle Tires (less than 5k miles and covered when parked)
-All new Monroe Shocks
-Sealed all seams inside skin
-Replaced all window, door and compartment gaskets
-All new screens
-Reflective window tint on all windows
-All new subfloor
-All new triple layer insulation in floor/Belly pan (GAF Sheathing/R19 batting/Reflectix)
-All new crimp fit PEX water lines and PVC drain lines
-Hepvo waterless valves on all 3 drains
-New large 2 way Norcold fridge/freezer in 2018
-New 15k BTU Coleman Mach 8 Plus (Heat Pump) in 2018
-Has 1 combined black/grey tank (as designed from factory) We used Natures Head toilet (not included)
-All wall insulation replaced with Owens Corning Pure Safety batting layered with Reflectix
-New Morryde Step Above Airstream Steps in 2020
-Blackout curtains
-New 19’ Zip Dee Awning installed by Airstream in Jackson Center 2019. (Color: Terra Cotta)
-Roof coated with white rubberized coating Spring 2020
-Upgraded LED turn/brake lights
-Will include EAZ Lift WD Hitch with dual, friction anti-sway bars.
Completely camp/ full time ready with the exception of toilet needs to be installed (all connections in place)
Only known areas that could be addressed, but were never an issue for us:
- The outer pane on one of the front wing windows is broken. It has been since we acquired it and we never repaired. It does not leak, and is not very visible
- Upper marker lights need to be connected to junction box (stop, turn and running lights all work just fine)
- Needs the fresh tank fill hose replaced.
