2009 Winnebago Access 31C.  31 foot Class C motorhome.  Only 32,000 miles.  Ford E-450 chassis with V10.  Runs perfect.  New tires and maintained regularly.  No mechanical issues at all.  Very clean.  Has always been stored on pavement, so the undercarriage is in excellent condition.  Always covered during the off season.  Sleeps 8.  Rear queen bedroom, overhead bunk over cab, pull-out sofa and drop-down dinette.  Large single slide-out in the sofa and dinette area.  Refrigerator is electric and propane, propane water heater and stove.  Microwave.  Heat and air conditioning work great.  Onboard gas generator runs great and powers everything, including air conditioning.  Separate bath and shower.  Plenty of storage.
