2006 American Eagle Class A Motorhome 45 Foot with 26 Foot Trailer

Always stored inside of a garage when not in use.

We are selling our motorhome it has approximately 50,000 miles, all tires (there is a tag axel with 2 wheels) replaced on both motorhome and trailer about 6,000 miles ago. Brand new water pump installation, brand new motor for the PowerGear leveling system. Generator is 12 Kw and was serviced in August 2020. The tile floor is heated with a control panel, Aquahot water heater with the option for diesel, electric or propane power. Large corner shower with skylight. The bathroom has all LED lights. The toilet is a Macerator that grinds the waste before it goes to the black tank. There are 4 slide outs on the motorhome, no damage on the interior or exterior paint. The paint is a Chip Foose paint job on both the motorhome and trailer to match. The motorhome and trailer both have solar panels installed on the roof. There are lights and a storage cabinet inside of the trailer. Heated storage bays under the motorhome to prevent freezing, There is an engine block heater on the 525 Horsepower CAT Engine. The motorhome has a washer and dryer inside, a 4 door refrigerator and freezer/fridge in the storage bays that runs on electric. This unit has everything you could have added to it brand new. Willing to add interior items for stocking use. (Pots/pans/plates/silverware/etc)
