This is a 29 foot Class A and is currently in use, has not been sitting except for a few months in the winter when it is stored indoors. It has a current State of Maine Inspection sticker. Everything works on this oldie but goodie. All appliances, house A/C & Furnace, water pump, 3 way fridge, etc. It has been well maintained, regular oil changes, roof was resealed in 2018 and checked last month. It has  new (this year) house battery & engine battery, just had the transmission flushed and new filter installed in July of this year. It has an Onan 3500 generator with 1,172 hrs of run time, also runs great and has been well maintained. I am the third owner and have put about 45k miles on it during the last 5 years. The interior could use a little TLC due to age and wear.  I have taken up the carpeting in the high traffic area because it was light blue, quite worn and grungy looking.  I bought new floating vinyl planks to replace the carpeting but have not installed them yet. They are included.  This is my home away from home but I feel it is time to downsize. The Specs say that it sleeps 6 but it really sleeps 2 or 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. There is a double bed in the bedroom, a fold out couch in the living area and the dining benches also convert to another bed.
