I am the 2nd owner. This unit has been very lightly used and is like new. Very clean, everything works, and is ready to use. I can't use it for what I had intended which is why I'm selling her.

41 foot, duel axle 5th wheel, with a 12' 8" garage. Full body paint, no scratches, or dents. 3 cable slides, 4 season package, king suit, 1 bath, washer/dryer hookup, queen bed and benches in the garage, 5500 cummins onen gas generator with only 195 hours. Unit is fully self contained. 3 awnings, back ramp that turns into a patio. 30 gal auxiliary gas tank with fuel dispensing system for the toys, and a 10 gal generator gas tank. This unit also has a transferable bumper to bumper warranty which is good till 2024 for repairs at a dealer, or mobile repair, and roadside assistance for USA and Canada. Has a loft that still has the original plastic on the mattress. Big refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, leather couch, electric fireplace, 3 TVs. The awnings, lights, slides, etc are controlled by a tablet. 3 air conditioners, 2 furnaces, all work very well. 2 30LBS propane tanks which are full. 50 amp hookup. 175 gal fresh water tank, 40 gal black tank, 40 gal gray tank. Outside compartment has a slide out drawer, and hookups for an outside tv. 6 point leveling system with automatic leveling. 

Even though this unit is like new and ready to go, the title is not clear. I am willing to work with anyone who is serious about buying this unit, ie contract, bill of sale, etc with getting the title. Again she is a very clean almost new unit and ready to go.
