Well taken care of , never used for camping , only hwy miles used for business 
no kids , no pets, no smoking. Only cooked in once  microwave used twice 
Has tow package but never used. Onan gen only has 100 hrs  , never used the armless awning but its very nice 
All Brand New Tires on it, 5 new battries.
Only selling due to job loss this year back in March/April during the shut down.
