I'm looking to sell my RV due to a job transfer/promotion. I now live in Houston and no longer work a rotational schedule. I work 9/80s. There's no time for us to utilize the RV. Its in great condition. This layout has TONs of sleeping space and outdoor entertainment. The layout has two bedrooms. The master is at the front of the RV which includes a queen size bed, two closets, two storage cabinets storage under the bed, and its own AC unit. ( 32" TV added to this bedroom by me and will go with the RV). The rear bedroom has two bunks and a sofa that folds to a full size bed. ( 23" TV added to this bedroom by me and will go with the RV). This bedroom contains a closet, two storage drawers and storage under the sofa sleeper. The main living area consists of 10 cabinet spaces, full size dining table to seat six ( fold to a fill size bed ), a sofa ( fold to a fill size bed ), 4 burner gas range, fridge/freezer and an entertainment center. ( 46" TV added to this living area by me and will go with the RV). The bathroom has a tub / shower vanity, two storage cabinets and a toilet. The outdoor features a two burner range, fridge, and sink. The RV has a bluetooth / AM/ FM audio system with indoor / outdoor speakers. There's a large storage space for chairs / camping equipment at the front of the unit below the master bedroom. The unit is all Aluminum stud based making it very fuel efficient for towing. Dry weight of the unit is 6582lbs and its 35'7" long. Unit was housed indoors for storage.Unit is currently at the home dealership in Louisiana. I reside in Houston Texas.
