Great deal on this 2019 Grand Design 31mb!  Save 10k over new! Kept in year around indoor heated storage with exterior protective coating from dealer (no warranty though as they accidentally put it on when we didn’t ask for it), second AC, JT Strong Arms on front and back, dimmer switches for main area and awning lights, upgraded memory foam mattress with Costco topper in master bedroom, blackout tension rod mounted curtains in master bedroom, mattress toppers on both bunks, 3 TVs (smart TV in master bedroom) all mounted with locking mounts and straps, and removable aluminum luggage rack for hitch.  All mattresses always had waterproof mattress protectors. Pet friendly (11 pound non-puppy)  and smoke free. Selling as we are starting a business and it is the responsible thing to do, otherwise we wouldn’t be selling!
