This 2016 Fleetwood Excursion 35E, bunk house model, is the perfect fit for a family hitting the road full time or a weekend adventure with a large group. 

With the queen sized Hide-A-Loft drop down over the drivers area, fold out couch, drop down dinette, bunk bed and master queen bed, there is room for everyone.

Plenty of storage below with pass through storage bins as well as an outdoor entertainment center.

Enjoy the power of the Cummins 340HP diesel (2016 is the first year with the extra 40 HP), and the ride of air suspension at a reasonable cost. You can take comfort in knowing your rig is covered if anything breaks as this unit has the remainder of a platinum extended warranty package and tire and wheel package. Documents available upon request. This is a five year warranty that was put in place in December of 2018, it is fully transferable for a small fee per the contract. 

Fresh oil change in the engine and generator. 

New tires as of March 2019 with less than 10,000 miles on them. 

Brand new memory foam queen mattress in the master bedroom.

Included with this sale will be a Blue Ox tow bar for a flat tow vehicle, as well as a vehicle braking device that is placed on the floor of the tow vehicle.  These items, the blue ox towbar and brake system, are included as is and you are to use at your own risk. That being said we used them without any trouble.

Also included is a brake pressure and temperature monitoring system (BTMS). This includes the monitor and 10 tire sensors. Also included, is a range extender, but that is not yet installed.

The coach is currently located in Wisconsin. We are willing to deliver for a minimal cost after the sale is complete. We would prefer not to drive it once there is salt on the road since it hasn't been in salt yet.
