From mountains to prairies and on to the ocean shores, this coach loves an adventure! We named it ‘Joy,’ a name that fits the good times we’ve had. But, now it is time for us to let ‘er go on to bring new fun experiences to someone(s) else.

Joy fits in any campsite, including all National Parks which have size limits, and her all-steel frame makes her very stable to drive there.

Some things that make Joy unique are auto-leveling jacks, side and rear vision cameras, and a generator (especially nice if you want to run the air conditioner while eating lunch or napping at a highway rest area; or to use the microwave to heat some soup on a cold travel day).

Along with the fridge (gas and electric), 3 burner stove, and microwave, Joy has an oven, an option not frequently found in small RV’s.

We recently upgraded the pantry cupboard with new shelf supports and 4 white shelves instead of the 3 customary cave like dark ones.

The custom quilt in the photos is not included, but the thermal, room darkening window curtains are, as well as the matching curtain for the front windshield and side windows. What a difference they make! If you would like, we will leave the shelf we placed across the front seats which made a great out of the way spot for things when camping several days in one location.


We are also including the winter storage cover, vinyl wheel and windshield covers, black tank and fresh water hoses; and custom over-cab bunk safety railing and removable ladder.

Although not in the photos there is a blue ray player with the TV, and a cable for cable TV connection (yes, they do have that in some private campgrounds in Texas) both have been only used a very few times.

This coach is best suited for a couple, but we found the over cab bunk handy for guests and family who came to meet us; and a couple of grandkids now and then ;-)

With brand new tires, new upgraded house batteries, and several rolls of TP this RV is ready to go. LET YOUR ADVENTURE BEGIN!!
