Sleeps 5 comfortably. slide outs include a queen and a full plus dining table converts to a twin.  Used approximately 45 nights since 2012. 

Upgrades: AC, front storage compartment, tire leveler, spare tire, outdoor propane grill, furnace, 20-gallon water tank, table extension, fan, bike rack for 4 bikes, power outlets, propane fridge (never used).

Stocked with everything you need. Hoses, power cords, flatware, basic cookware & utensils, tire jack, portable toilet (never used). Bedding/towels can be included if desired.

Condition Disclosures:
Fiberglass top in great condition despite a small crack repair 5 years ago.
Awning works but needs a new pole to be good as new.
We have never used the refrigerator, so we cannot confirm it is operable
Small crack on front storage compartment lid can be easily repaired.
