Not your normal travel trailer. TRUE all season camper.  They don't build a ton of these because its not for everyone so they are hard to find. But if you want a SERIOUS  cold weather RV or super tough, heavy duty RV this is you. This thing is built like a tank and built for EXTREME COLD. When we did stay in it during the winter well below zero is NO issue at all. It is heavy for its size but that indicates how well its built. The frame is massive, it even has shocks on it, the wood is real wood everywhere and is insulated in an unbelieavble way. Research them online and you'll see it's a different animal than most. It is also very easy to cool in hot weather due to the insulation. Structurally I don't think there is a better built travel trailer sold.

Excellent shape. Used very little. Everything works as it should and has no issues. The roof is solid with no issues and never any repairs. Interior is very clean and has basically no signs of wear anywhere. the couch was changed out from the original to add a hide a bed style couch. The pics show one recliner but we have the other in the garage just removed it for more room. Need to sale for health reasons as we aren't able to use it anymore. Outside is in really good shape as well. Has been under a carport since new. Has a couple minor places on rear corner you can see in photos and the normal wear on the exterior you would expect. Overall very nice all the way around. We did buy it new for $47,000 plus taxes. We have a clear title in hand.
