Good Condition,Runs Drives and Rides well, 47,500 miles, 31 foot, 454 engine, Chevy chassis, tires brakes etc in good shape, awning is in good shape,Inside is in nice shape,appliances,A/C,heater and water heater work well,there are a few delamination spots  but it is solid, roof was replaced ,private seller not a dealer.
