One owner bunkhouse RV well maintained with many improvements. Vacuumed and cleaned after every trip. Capacities include: 80 gallons fuel, 88lbs propane, 50 gallons fresh, 40 gallons grey and 40 gallons black with black tank flush. Tires filled with Multi-seal leak protection.

This RV has automatic levelers, outside TV, Outside speaker, 4 inside TVs, front and rear entertainment systems. All appliances work well. Refrigerator runs on inverter while driving and has ice maker. Outside kitchen with sink, storage and refrigerator. Outside shower.

Drop down bed in front over drivers area. New shower skylight. Dual AC, 15k btu each with 50 amp hookup, both units work great. Inside kitchen has microwave and oven with stove top range. We have all original manufaturer bedding, never used. 

Tons of exterior and interior storage.  

All service intervals followed on driveline and generator. New coach and engine batteries and new inverter. 5.5kW onan generator serviced last month. The Ford V-10 runs beautiful. Never towed any trailers, only a bike rack in the receiver hitch.

RV stored under cover during winter since purchase and properly winterized.
