Our RV has been WELL maintained and has treated us well during her use.

Things to note outside the normal spec's of a Minnie Winnie model 27Q:

• All 6 tires are brand new and good quality tires.


• There is still warranty left of the RV, I will have to call McClain's to find out how much longer and yes the warranty is transferable.


• Oil recently changed on engine, oil changed on generator, filter on engine and generator replaced along with spark plug (normal upkeep stuff).


• New queen matress.  Replaced because it was our preference in having a better quality mattress.


• All skylights that open have been replaced.  Originals can get brittle in the sun.


• Heavy duty sway bars installed front + rear + steering stabilizer.  Why?  Class C's have a tendency to get "blown" off the road when an 18 wheeler screams past you, the heavy duty sway bars makes a huge difference in the ride when it comes to these situations.


• New A/C unit installed in 2019, original had gone out, was covered under warranty.


• New toilet and flange, also covered under warranty.

Overall, our RV is in great shape.
