We have owned this RV for 2 years and have made many improvements during that time to include; power tongue jack, 4 new Maxxis M8008 tires (2019), motion sensor lights in all kitchen and bedroom closets and pantries, new Honeywell thermostat, new A/C fan motor, new antenna, brand new 2" bumper mounted hitch, new hot water heater piping and ball valves for winterization, LED interior lighting, one week old Solera slide cover, 2 year old full RV cover, and all rubber seals have recently been cleaned and treated with rubber seal conditioner.
It is an Ultra Light with a GVW of 6900 lbs. Sleeps 8-9 with double size bunks, a large U-shaped dinette that converts to a long double bed, jack knife sofa and a queen Master Bedroom (MB) with a privacy wall. The privacy wall houses the TV, which swivels for viewing from main living area or MB. Mattress in MB is a one year old, 10" Cool Breeze Gel memory foam Dynasty RV mattress, and we have installed bed lifts for easier access to under bed storage.
This is a MUST SEE unit, that is clean and well maintained, pet free and smoke free with receipts.
An EAZ R6 Recurve load leveler is also available, if needed, for an additional cost.
