Well maintained and gently used unit is mechanically solid in all respects.  Unit has been stored year round in a dry, heated building (no sun fade, rotted tires or roof weathering).  Several upgrades including newer Goodyear Endurance tires, Max Air vent covers, new deep cycle battery in 2020 and auto levelling.  Estimated mileage is less than 10,000.  Rather than listing all the options and equipment on this unit (I could write pages), I highly encourage potential buyers to look at some of the numerous walk around videos out there on the web.  This is NOT the usual run-of-the mill, faded P.O.S. frequently found when looking for used RV's.  The unit was purchased new in 2017 by the current owners who are experienced RV'ers (our 5th trailer).  Potential buyers of Grand Design units know they are a cut above most other units in terms of luxury, fit and finish and detail. Manufacturer and dealer support were a major issue us and they did not disappoint.  Need a 5th wheel hitch?  I'll be selling a Comfort Ride model 184 air ride hitch.  This has been a great hitch, but need a different model for our new RV.
