This rig is 100% ready for pick up and immediate use, condition is between new and excellent, the inside especially has zero signs of wear.  Nothing needs to be done or updated, serviced or repaired over next 1yr.  Propane is full, Diesel is full, DEF tank is full, generator oil change even though hardly been used, tires are virtually new, all systems are ready. Paint was fully waxed last summer and water is still beading up on the surface.  Unit is ready to do a cross country drive or drive into the nearest foothills for camping.  I’m happy to conduct a live facetime or Zoom virtual tour for close inspection & functionality check out of the unit for interested parties. The rig has spent its entire life in climate control warehouse except when used and except for the last 4 months when she has sat outside since losing my ideal storage option.  We are not using the rig enough (twice in 13 months) and I won’t have it sitting out in the weather without frequent use, we are more focused now on working on our remote property and simply not using this camper gem.  Please see the pics of the rig and the roof to understand its pristine condition and storage.

*All NOX – DEF Sensors have been replaced by Mercedes to the 5th Generation sensors so the one weakness of the Mercedes Diesel has been fully replaced and upgraded which cost $3600 in total.
*Last oil just changed was done by me with the best synthetic oil you can buy, AMS Oil.
*Transmission Fluid and filter just changed this month with the best synthetic fluid you can buy, also by AMS Oil.

Adds and Options:
*I personally didn’t like the screen size of the stereo and camera unit in the dash so have a major in dash upgrade purchased for $750 but it needs to be installed
*Many of the camping items go with the camper. Water hose, power cord, Power adaptors, leveling blocks, and a host of other items all go with the camper for a faster and easier path to having fun on your next camping experience.
*Dual 12v Interstate batteries, Single 12v Interstate engine battery, all are 18months old.
*Built-in Generator is an LP Onan Generator, oil changed and not used, generator hardly been used at all.
