I am second owner and bought in 2012, and since this is a park model or destination trailer, I have not moved it in the 8 years I have owned it.  It was used at the most several days out of an entire year, and due to recent health problems, we decided to sell it.  This trailer is winterized because it is already Labor Day, and all windows to be resealed this coming week.

There is about a a 3 ft x 3 ft area on the rug that was wet this spring and may need replacement.
