We bought the 303RLS new in May.  It was moved from Lazy Days to Douglas Lake about 10 miles away and has never been moved.  It is set up in a great location near Douglas lake at Sunset Farms RV Park. It is close to I40 as well as the Smokies.  The rent is paid until May of 2021. We are NON SMOKERS and NO PETS.

After negotiation with Lazy Days we paid ($52,000) and paid (1) one years rent at Sunset Farm RV Park in Dandridge, TN.  We are willing to accept a fair and reasonable offer but will not give it away, so please don’t try a low-ball approach. The RV is paid for with no liens.
