We have for sale our Grand Design Reflection 260RD.  We purchased it new in November 2019 and it sit in our enclosed garage until June 2020, when we sold our home and purchased another. We stayed in it for about two weeks while we were moving and had only used it one previous time for a couple days just to check things out.  It is in like new condition with no pets or smoking in it, it smells new. It has the optional 2nd air conditioner and we added vent covers on exhaust fans.The trailer has auto level which makes it very easy to setup and hookup.  We don't have a shop building yet at our new home, but there is a smaller rv carport there.  We thought we would trade down to a smaller bumper pull trailer that would fit into the carport we currently have. I want to keep the cargo carrier shown in the pictures.  The rear hitch is rated for 300 lbs tongue weight and 3000 lbs towing. We have a clear title and live in Fort Smith AR.  We have a pending offer.
