We purchased this coach January 2018 from Whiskey Mountain, Mesa AZ. It had a new bedroom slide, cooktop, washer and dryer, and AC/Heat pump in the living area. Carpet was removed from living area. They had changed out both TVs for the largest ones that would fit.  They changed out the bed and framed up for a king size bed with a new interspring latex hybrid mattress. They put in a fairly new 5500 generator, mor/ryde power steps with all factory parts and a full length basement tray.  We took out the factory furniture and replaced with a leather power recliner theater couch and stress less chair and ottoman.
We took the coach to Rolling Retreats summer 2019 for a full repair and inspection.  Slade replaced and waterproofed the kitchen slide floor with all factory parts, caulked a sealed the whole coach converted the wheel bearings from oil bath to grease packed, replaced the mor/ryde hitch with new heavy duty plate and bushings, replaced the insulation in the front closet and put up new cedar,new insulation in the belly and underpinning, plus an extensive punch list of small items that needed attention. He said when he got to 10,000$ he quit writing stuff down! We put in a new flo jet water pump last winter. It has brand new Continental 18 ply HTL2 P235/75R 17.5 tires with ZERO miles. Other features include heat pumps in both AC units, central vacuum with attachments and fiberglass roof. Outside shower. The kitchen is very practical with island and double stainless steel sink. The trash can is under the back of the countertop with a cover that you can scoop your crumbs into, the best part is that you take the trash out from the outside of the coach so you don't wag trash thru the coach!We have taken only two trips since the Rolling Retreats repairs with the last one being July 27 thru Aug 9 2020. We have cleaned it up and given it a thorough inspection.  I would not hesitate to pack up and go in it. It is a beautiful coach inside and out. It has been shed kept when not in use since we have owned it. NON SMOKER OWNED.  Clear title in hand. Reason for selling? We are wanting to get a motor home.
