me and the tires have 70% tread and in good condition.  The rear jack was damaged before i purchased this but I did however add 2 small cracks the front of the camper.  This camper has no carpet. This is not due to water damage.  The man I bought it from was a contractor and had the carpet replaced with commercial grade laminate strip flooring which makes cleaning so much easier.
