Lights, outlets, heat, stove, refrigerator, pumps, water heater, AC, vent fans, TV, radio and awning all in good working order. Propane tanks full. Exterior decals curling and chipping, but this is cosmetic only and seems to be the norm from other similar listings. Tires are two years old. I have the Owner's Manual and many appliance manuals. Overall in good condition.
